2. Purchase and Delivery

• Sales are made through pre-order.
• Delivery is carried out within Armenia by courier.
• Payment can be made online or on delivery.

3. Returns

• Tobacco products are eligible for return if:
• the item was not used;
• original packaging remains unopened;
• the item is in the same condition as at purchase.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days upon written request.

4. Liability

• Users are responsible for keeping account details confidential.
• The company is not liable for third-party service interruptions.
